At Awaken Lazarus, we hope every garment leaves you fully satisfied and overjoyed. If for some reason there is an issue with the purchased item, please do not hesitate to reach out. You are our friend and we want to make this right. 

If you wish to make a return or exchange we will create a shipping label for you to use and send that to the email you used to purchase the item. Once we receive the returned item we will issue a refund on your card. To make the return, the following conditions must be met:

• Orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
• Please include your invoice or order number
• If the reason for returning the product(s) is due to damage or defect, please send pictures of the damaged products
• Item(s) purchased during any sale or special event will be final sale only 
• We are not responsible for any lost packages that you ship to us

Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of when your order has been placed.

All orders will have FREE shipping. At this moment, we will only be shipping to our friends in the United States.

The dream would be for all of our friends from around the globe to be able to purchase and rep Awaken Lazarus, but for the time being, we will only be able to offer domestic shipping.
